As a dancer for 20 years I have strong understanding of movement and strength. My unique perspective is due to the nature of my sport to feel and create movements based on my own sensory experience.

I start my clients with an active range of motion assessment. This gives the client and I a better understanding of what exercises and positions are best for them so I can tailor their training to their exact needs.

The layout of my workouts start with positional breathing.

Warm Up.
Targeted exercises to improve movement and prepare the body for athletic lifts.

Main Lifts.
To get a full body workout (squats, lunges, hinges, pushes, and pulls) by using tempo, dynamic movements, and supersets to maximize intensity and get the best results.

Conditioning.
My clients feel athletic moving through plyometrics low, high, and continuous intensity. This is great for their overall health, heart health, and mental state.

Cool Down.
Calm the nervous system using positional breathing to restore proper alignment and position.

Nutrition.
Learn how to eat for your body while getting results and enjoying your life.
